Cat Coalition named me
Mr. Lucky because I was found on Vanderbilt Beach Road after I got hit by a car. A very nice man saw me move my head and turned around to pick me up, He called the Coalition and they took me to one of the vets they work with. I had to have hip surgery and my recovery is going well. I might not be able to jump too high or run too fast, but I am still excellent at snuggling. Mr. Lucky was given a second chance at life, but who will give him a second chance at love? Call (239) 370-8727 to adopt Mr. Lucky.

We're always thrilled when a homeless pet is welcomed into a loving family. Last month, our Looking for Love plans were foiled when
Willy, the cat we were going to feature, was adopted by the foster family found for him by Collier Community Cat Coalition before the issue even went to press. "I went in with the mentality of this being a temporary thing, as I was just going to foster htm," admits Willy's owner, Theresa Baxter, "However, as soon as I saw him when I picked him up from the vet, I knew in my heart I would not be able to let him go." It only took an hour for Willy to get settled into his new home and make friends with cat Demi and puppy Drego. "He was just what our family needed to be complete!" shares Baxter.
